All I can say is Wow!
I don’t know about anyone else… but have you been feeling a weeee bit emotional lately? Im not one to follow astrology or planetary alignment…. but I’ve heard in the metaphysical community that because of the way the planets have been aligned for the past couple of weeks, everyone’s emotions have been all over the place. And SCORPIOS???? They are getting their butts kicked!! (I’m still licking my wounds). But there is good news… “Something” (haha) is going direct today I believe. Not sure if it’s the moon or the sun or what but who cares??? As long as things get back to normal. It’s been nuts!
I’m sure I’m making astrologers everywhere cringe.. he he Seriously, I have my hands full with learning everything else lately..if I jumped into astrology too, I’d have to bury myself in the sand. TMI TMI TMI *grin* But I will listen when they tell me why things are going nutty in the world.
Now with 11-11 last week, there were many changes and shifts in energies EVERYWHERE!!! It was not one of my finer days… you could have been in a high all day or a low or somewhere in between… but for me I was at an all time low. It was not pretty. I went to my Intermediate IET class and literallly showed up in tears. Thank God for such an incredible teacher (I love you Michelle!!) By the end of the day I was on cloud 9!!! (Thank you Angels 🙂 I had a choice that day… get on the table and let Michelle work her magic and do the class another day… or follow through. Considering what was going on in my head… I dug in my heels and said.. Im not going anywhere. We did the class and I got my certification complete and felt absolutely wonderful 🙂
From what I’ve read recently I think there is one final shift in energy this year and it’s on 12-12. Yes it has everything to do with the numbers. 🙂 I don’t completely understand numerology but I know that when numbers come up like 11:11, or 111, or 1212… there is always divine meaning. I woke up in the wee hours this morning and for whatever reason looked at the clock…it read 3:33. So of course I had to look up what THAT meant.. he he I picked up my phone, googled “Angel numbers 333”. It told me that the Ascended Masters are with me and everything Im going through right now. I thought that was kind of cool!
If you don’t know what an Ascended Master is…”They are believed to be spiritually enlightened beings who in past incarnations were ordinary humans, but who have undergone a process of spiritual transformation.” (I got that from wikipedia) 🙂 Also…. “It is further claimed by various groups and teachers that the Ascended Masters serve as the teachers of mankind from the realms of Spirit, and that all people will eventually attain their Ascension and move forward in spiritual evolution beyond this planet. According to these teachings, they remain attentive to the spiritual needs of humanity, and act to inspire and motivate its spiritual growth.” Jesus and Mother Mary are just 2 of the many Ascended Masters. 🙂
I’m learning slowly about each of the Archangels and Ascended Masters. It’s quite interesting to say the least and to have checked out that number and hear they are with me… VERY COOL!!! 🙂 Now keep in mind… I’m not in that place yet where I “get it” all. I’m just having faith in what I’m learning and so far it’s taking me to incredible places and allowing me to use divine gifts to help people. 🙂
IET intermediate was awesome!!! It progressed from basic IET into more depth of healing. Im amazed at how it works.. and you really can’t do it wrong. We bring in the energy to the person, then trigger the release of what is no longer working for the person, remove it, and then imprint and integrate the energy that is more positive and will help the person to move forward in their life. Past trauma, ADD, ADHD, Anxiety, Autism,serious illnesses, as well as the minor aches and pains… (To name just a few) they all stem from imprints in our cellular memory that affect the way we live our lives… when we remove the negative energy and the imprints that are no longer working, and replace them with positive ones.. the persons whole thought process can change for the better and they can look at life differently and make changes for their highest and best good.
We have 7 major energy centers in our bodies, and when these get blocked, we get stuck. We get sick. We can’t move forward in our lives. With IET… those blocks are removed and your energy systems are cleared so energy can move freely within your body again and you find that the things that once plagued you, slowly disappear. People can go through years of traditional therapy to deal with past trauma and never quite get to where they want, to feel right… but with IET, those issues are dealt with and the person doesn’t have to relive the trauma. Just a few sessions can do what years of traditional therapy couldn’t. I often wonder why eastern forms of “medicine” and therapies took so long to get to our part of the world.
With permission, I want to relay a story that will give you an idea of how effective IET can be… I worked with a young boy this week. He is in high school and having a really hard time. He suffers from anxiety and shyness. He was at a point where his frustration level and anger was so high, he literally broke down. He cried for over an hour and talked about not wanting to be in this life. He mentioned how noone liked him. His self esteem was in the toilet. My heart broke for him. I looked up above and said, “I need your help”. I told him that I could help and would he be willing to let me. I sat this boy down and explained that I was going to do a short energy session that would entail me using mild pressure on a few energy points on the upper half of his body, but that it would help him feel more in control of his emotions and to basically feel better. He was ok with this. I did a 5 minute empowerment session with him. He completely relaxed. For an hour following the session he played a videogame that previously was causing much frustration and swearing. He sat and literally giggled off and on for the next hour. I looked up and said, “Thank you” 🙂 I will be doing a full IET session with this boy once a week for the next 3-4 weeks. I’ll re-evaluate at that time. If this boy can go from as low as he was in that moment to as high and giggling as he was after only 5 minutes… imagine what a full session can do!
As you know, I’m knew with IET, but not with energy work. I wasn’t sure how well this would work in that moment but I had faith in what I knew IET could do. It’s almost like a doctor whose in a situation outside of work and comes into contact with someone who needs help,… he knows he can help… and just does it. I’m no doctor, but I just knew in my heart IET could help. And it did 🙂 I continue to do 5 min. empowerment sessions with him daily and the hour long full session is coming up. He remains in control of his emotions and feeling more positive. He asked me yesterday if IET would help his shyness. I told him that it will help empower him to feel more confident, and to help remove negative thought processes and replace them with more positive thinking. In addition to this I told him that when he feels more confident in his own skin, there will be new and more positive activities he may want to try. I told him that there isn’t anything he can’t do… he just needs to believe in himself. I honestly believe that Integration Energy Therapy will give him back his power! I know it gave me back mine 🙂
